Bob has 40 years' experience in the oil & gas industry and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2003.

He previously worked in senior management positions with major energy and services companies both in the UK and internationally.

Possessing an MBA from the University of Aberdeen, Bob has extensive experience in strategic and operations management.

Neil has more than 30 years’ experience working in the international oil and gas industry. He joined Hydrasun in 2003 and was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in 2015 and then Chief Operating Officer in 2018 before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer in January 2024.

He has a successful track record of delivering major projects worldwide for clients across a diverse range of industry sectors and has led the development and implementation of the Hydrogen Strategy in the company.

Neil has completed a Directors Leadership Programme at Cranfield University, has a BSc(Hons) in Quantity Surveying and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

A qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Director, Gary spent the first eight years of his career working in the accounting and financial services sector before entering the oil & gas industry in 1997.

He joined Hydrasun in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer and is also Company Secretary. Gary is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IoD).

Craig has wide experience in the energy, petrochemical and marine industries, having worked in sales & marketing and senior management roles in the UK and Australia.

He joined Hydrasun in 2003 as Sales & Marketing Manager and assumed the role of Director Sales & Marketing in 2005 before being promoted to Chief Commercial Officer in 2018. He has a proven track record in strategic business development and implementing sales growth strategies.

Craig has a BA(Hons) in Business Studies and a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
