Rather than relying on Material Test Reports (MTR) –which do not provide 100% certainty – a handheld XRF alloy analyzer allows our inspectors to make instant checks that the alloy is the proper material and it provides final verification of the alloys prior to shipment to our customers who require this procedure.

Many of our customers are now requiring complete Positive Material Identification (PMI), especially of their critical manufactured components.  Our handheld XRF analyzer provides the analysis required, and the data storage and report generation capabilities to fulfil this need.

All crucial manufacturing material used in Hydrasun is PMI tested upon delivery for:
