Compliance
Our integrity management programmes are fully aligned with the relevant industry regulations. We work with our customers to develop processes and procedures that support the implementation of their maintenance strategies for FHA and SBT, providing assurance that the work we do on their behalf complies with industry and in-house guidelines and standards. The Hydrasun Integrity Management Database – a customer interface reporting tool accessed through our Hydralink system – manages all key data gathered during FHA and SBT inspection work, supporting detailed analysis, failure trend detection and efficient forward planning. Risk Based Assessment / Inspection processes and procedures (either customer specific or industry standard) enable us to support our customers in the planning and budgeting of inspection services and replacement frequencies. Our specialist team recommends corrective actions, undertakes remedial work and then updates FHA and SBT assembly records through our secure, web-based management reporting tool Hydralink.
Leak Path Prevention
We apply our integrity management processes to identify opportunities to reduce leak paths in flexible hose and small bore tubing assemblies. Through Baseline or Routine Inspection we identify potential leaks before they happen and maintain the integrity of systems – whilst ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards. Hydrasun's technical personnel then work with the customer to devise, develop and implement the optimum solution. The result: fewer HSE incidents, improved equipment performance and uptime, reduced hydrocarbon leak incidents and less risk of reputational damage.
