Sales Team Leader - Aberdeen (Ref: 1267)

We are recruiting for an experinced Sales Team Leader (Inside Sales) with excellent communication and organisation skills to join our Aberdeen Headquarters to coordinate and supervise the safe, efficient and effective operation of the sales and tendering process within the Umbilicals and Specialist Hose Department. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, and have knowledge of Subsea Hoses and Umbilicals however this is not essential.
Qualifications, Competencies & Experience - Essential
- Previous, relevant experience within a similar role in Inside Sales and environment
- Proven ability in effective customer account management and relationship development within energy sector industries
- Experience of selling added value services
- Strong People Management skills
- Commercially aware
- Ability to analyse and assess situations under time pressure
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to conduct presentations to wide ranging audiences
- Have a flexible, "can do" approach to work
- Ability to plan and organise workload to ensure optimum performance
- Able to maintain drive, enthusiasm and proactive demeanour
- An understanding of sales targets and budgets
Qualifications, Competencies & Experience - Desirable
- Sales and Marketing or Commercial qualification
- Technical product related qualification
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Experience of Subsea hoses and umbilicals and related products.
