We are recruiting for an Administration Assistant within our Precision Manufacturing Division in Aviemore, our state-of-the-art centre of excellence for the manufacture of precision machined components.
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for processing customer orders, liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers, generating and expediting purchase orders. They will also co-ordinate transport and delivery of materials to the site and ensure that administration records are appropriately maintained.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar administrative role but if you are a school/higher education leaver with a positive “can-do” attitude and would enjoy working and learning in a busy modern international engineering environment, then we would love to hear from you.
