In-House Testing

Hydrasun offers an in-house pressure testing facility.

Each individual hose is hydrostatically pressure tested to the original equipment manufacturers standard procedure or, in the absence of a manufacturers procedure, to a Hydrasun standard. A hydrostatic pressure test certificate is issued with all tested umbilical or extruded hose assemblies. Additionally, completed hose assemblies can be tested for electrical continuity pellet cleaned or flushed to requested standards.
