Kazakhstan International Oil & Gas Exhibition 2007

The 15th Kazakhstan International Oil & Gas Exhibition (KIOGE) was held at the Atakent Exhibition Centre in Almaty, Kazakhstan from 2nd to the 5th October 2007.

In line with our continued success in the Caspian Region, through our Azerbaijan and Georgia operation, Hydrasun took the opportunity to exhibit at KIOGE for the 3rd year running, to further explore the most appropriate method of entering the marketplace in order to take advantage of the substantial oil & gas business opportunities that exist within Kazakhstan.

International contractors are developing a number of assets on behalf of operators such as TCO (Tengiz), Agip (Kashagan) and KPO (Karachaganak) with numerous opportunities for Hydrasun to supply their range of hose assemblies, fittings and process instrumentation products and added value services to support the construction activity.

Craig Sangster, Sales & Marketing Director & Neil Munro, International Business Development Director both attended the event. Neil Munro said “Hydrasun has participated in the KIOGE Exhibition during the past 3 years, it's a great way of meeting the major Oil, Gas, Design and Service companies operating in Kazakhstan. We feel that it has helped to publicise our organisation and its capability by exhibiting here and the business we have generated by attending this event has enabled us to further refine our development plans to satisfy the needs of our customers across the region”.
