February 2005 - Hydrasun receives the Investors in People Award

Hydrasun is pleased to announce that it has received the much sought after Investors in People Award.

Over the last 18 months we have worked closely with the IiP organisation to develop existing practices and introduce new measures in line with the award’s criteria.

In February 2005, following a final assessment, Hydrasun received notification that we had been successful with our application.

The Investors in People Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation’s performance through its people. We recognise that our workforce is fundamental to our key objective of continuous improvement in product quality, customer satisfaction and competitiveness. We are therefore committed to a top / down communication flow of information, to interaction, encouragement and feedback and to offering staff the potential to develop and improve their skills.

We are confident that the Investors in People standard provides the right framework to build a motivated workforce focused on delivering excellence of service to our customers.
