Over the last 30 years, Hydrasun Group has developed a track record providing Process Control Instrumentation products to the oil and gas industry worldwide. With a large range of low/medium and high pressure instrumentation products including tubing, fittings, valves, pressure & flow manifolds, double block & bleed & flanged manifolds, pressure gauges and regulators, we have become the single source supply solution for customers nationally & internationally.

Our comprehensive inventory of products coupled with the strong relationships we have with leading international manufacturers such as Parker Hannifin, Autoclave and Sandvik enable us to provide customers with the best in product choice, fast track ‘off-the-shelf’ deliveries and optimum lead times for non standard product requirements.

Our ability to offer customer’s a single source solution has resulted in a number of notable project successes. International customers working on projects such as Tengiz (Kazakhstan), Bonga (Nigeria) & Langeled (UK) have been able to simplify administration, optimise delivery timescales, reduce order costs and remove frustrations inherent in managing multiple supplier orders, through the appointment of Hydrasun as their preferred instrumentation supplier.

In line with our commitment to continuously improve and develop the range of products we supply, we have recently expanded our scope of supply to include a number of innovative instrumentation product advancements, specifically designed to deliver customers with operational efficiencies and cost savings.

The the Parker Double Block & Bleed Pro-Block & Monoflange product range, designed to replace conventional multiple valve arrangements by combining primary and secondary valve systems into a single compact unit, substantially improving installation and operational safety performance through a reduction to the size, weight & number of potential leak paths within a system.

The most recent development in this area has seen the introduction of the Parker CCIMS (Close Coupled Instrument Mounting Solution) that has been developed in response to the demand for high performance in flow measurement. CCIMs supports the direct or “close coupled” connection of pressure transmitters to process pipework through an integrated mounting and manifold block. This system significantly reduces the number of joints required within a process line and cuts traditional “hook-up” installation time to less than 30 minutes whilst providing huge cost, performance and safety advantages.

In moving forward, the Hydrasun focus will continue to be on developing and introducing innovative instrumentation product solutions that deliver improved technical integrity and operational reliability whilst reducing installation costs, the overall cost of ownership and HSE risks for our customers.

The global oil and gas market, and particularly the subsea market, will experience very substantial growth in the next few years. This will result in a greater demand for Hydrasun’s products and services, as well as providing us with specific challenges in relation to new product development for technically demanding and harsh environments.
