Over the last 30 years, Hydrasun Group has grown to become the premier provider of Fluid Connectors, Hoses & Fitting products to the oil and gas industry worldwide. Our range and size of inventory (almost £7m) covering Industrial, Offshore, Hydraulic, Thermoplastic, Flexible Metallic Hoses and fittings coupled with our production capability of over 8,000 hose assemblies per month means we can offer customers a total supply solution with unrivalled speed of response and off the shelf demand fulfilment.

Our ability to offer customers a single source solution with high quality, high reliability & high integrity products has resulted in a number of notable long term Frame Agreements and Project successes both within the UK and Internationally.

Our hose and fitting product range is primarily sourced from premier international manufacturers such as Parker, Manuli, IVG and Alfagomma. The close relationships we have developed with these manufacturers enables us to secure minimal lead times for non-stocked items and gain access to technical / R&D support on a global basis. This technical support coupled with our in-house Engineering & Design capabilities enables us to continuously develop our stock range in response to industry requirements and to introduce solutions that offer customers HSE risk reductions, operational efficiencies and cost savings.

Recent innovative product advancements include:

  • Black Eagle (10,000 psi W.P.) & PHalcon (5,000 psi W.P) - 2" I.D. hoses built for oil-field and offshore high-pressure specialty drilling applications such as acidising, well stimulation, cementing and water based hydraulics
  • Firemaster 16D – the best in fire rated flexible hose solutions which not only meets but exceeds the Lloyds and API standards temperature requirements
  • Goldenblast Hose – for scale removing, water blasting and more demanding applications
  • DiamondSpur – 3” hose (5,000psi W.P) for high pressure mud and hydraulic operations

Our comprehensive hose product offering is complemented by our Extrusion and Umbilical manufacturing capabilities through which we can supply a wide range of products from high integrity protected hose(s) to multi-line hydraulic and electro-hydraulic jumper bundles for a variety of both subsea and topside applications.

Recent investment in a new 17,000 sq ft facility has enhanced our production capability and turnaround times, specifically with regards to Bulk Hoses, whilst at the same time providing customers with a dedicated base for onshore hose inspection, repair, recertification and testing.

Our focus in the area of Hose Inspection / Integrity Management has seen Hydrasun establish itself as the clear market leader, supporting key operators and contactors both in the UKCS and internationally, with the development & implementation of a process for assuring the technical integrity of their Flexible Hose Assemblies.
