- Hydrasun supported customers worldwide, exporting to over 40 countries

- Hydrasun introduced an online transaction tool - Hydralink - to provide fast access to products, prices and order history
Range & Size of Inventory
- Increased investment in the
range & depth of our product offering saw
inventory levels grow to over £5 million
- Hydrasun produced over 132,000
Hose Assemblies during the course of 2005
- Hydrasun supplied over 27,000
product limes to more than 3600 customers across
6 market sectors.
- Hydrasun launched a number of
new product lines including the Firemaster 16D,
High Pressure Double Block and Bleed Valves,
Nitrogen Generation Packages & the Subsea
'Multiway' Connector.
Speed of Response
- In order to improve customer
response times, Hydrasun further increased its
Customer Services team
- Hydrasun purchased a new arctic
truck to improve delivery efficiency across
our customer base
- Hydrasun introduced a Kanban
stock management system to optimise our 'off-the-shelf'
stock availability
- To improve our speed of response,
Hydrasun further increased the personnel resource
within our stores departments.
Back up Support & Service
- Hydrasun introduced a new service
van fleet to develop our Mobile Support Service

supported significant sales growth within our
Umbilical and Extrusion division

sales doubled, with over 100 offshore Hose Inspections
