Hydrasun operate a fleet of Mobile Support Units that are equipped with the latest hose assembly equipment and stock for on-site hose replacement and repair.

These Units provide national coverage from our strategically located service centres.

A commitment to fast, efficient response times underpins our service capability that encompasses the supply, installation and testing of new and replacement hoses as well as the repair of existing assemblies.

Back up support is provided via Europe's largest inventory of specialist Hoses and Fittings meaning we can offer unrivalled response and "off the shelf" demand fulfilment across a wide range of products.

This investment coupled with the effective management of our supply chain assures both access to the worlds leading manufacturers of quality Hose and Fittings products at competitive prices whilst enabling Hydrasun to bring new technological innovation to the marketplace.

In addition to our standard Mobile Support service, Hydrasun can also offer the following added value support:

  • Hose Management service - designed to generate productivity and efficiency improvements for customers through the implementation of an effective pro-active maintenance programme.
  • This includes our unique "Hosetag" system encompassing easy identification and traceability of hoses/fittings ensuring that once a Hose is installed its productive life can be assessed and scheduled for replacement before failure occurs.
  • Temporary "on-site" resident support - designed for periods of critical activity, Hydrasun can supply a mobile unit providing reactionary support services when they are needed - either offshore or onshore at customers site. Dedicated full-time "on-site" support can also be provided if required.
