Overview

A central theme of the development of Hydrasun as an organisation over the past 35 years has been successful delivery of practical, customer focussed innovation in our product and service offerings.

Technical innovation has taken the form of the application engineering of standard products, through in-house design and manufacture, to match the most challenging of Customer 'non-standard' requirements.

Innovation in Customer support has led to the development service products which have broken new ground in the commercial and technical performance of supplied products and assemblies under life-cycle focussed frame agreements with key customers.

Hydrasun has been innovative in the area of component design to accommodate specific demands of customers, including -:

Corrosion Protection For Severe Environment Hose

Special over-sleeving methods developed to protect metallic hose assemblies from corrosion.

Encapsulation Of Sub Sea Hoses

New concept encapsulation of sub sea hydraulic hose assemblies to prevent water ingress.
General acceptance for use on Blow Out Preventors.

Internal Support Sleeves

New design to prevent hose from collapsing in deep water applications.

One Piece Bulk Loading hose fitting

Designed to eliminate the need for Taper Threaded connections. New swaging design to give superior swaging control and fitting retention. DNV type approval achieved.

Deep Flex Hose

A lightweight and extremely robust non-metallic flexible pipe with industry leading collapse resistance and tensile strength for use as a downline in Well Intervention and Pipeline Commissioning activities.

Multiway Connector

An innovative solution used to connect subsea interfaces that provides guaranteed protectection to "stabplate" connections, through deploying the connectors only after the two halves of the carrier have mated and are locked into position.

Well Intervention Hose Solutions

Multiple hose and connector solutions available to suit your particular requirements considering all your operational parameters, including deployment and ancillary equipment.

Other Specialist Hose Solutions

From high pressure large bore applications through to small bore continuous long length single line umbilicals, we can offer stock solutions, or where a solution doesn't exist, we can work closely with our suppliers to design a bespoke product that meets your needs.
