Training is an established and integral part of the Hydrasun Technical Support function.  Our experienced Training professionals operate from our purpose built training centre which incorporates training rooms and specialist workshop facilities for both classroom based and hands on activities and competence assessment.  Customer specific training in support of onshore and offshore requirements can be delivered either at our own facilities, or at those of our customers, both throughout the UK and internationally.

Hydrasun Technical Training provides best in class training design and provision.  As one of the first company's in our market sector to have its own internal Learning and Competence Management system accredited to the OPITO standard, Hydrasun consistently strives to continuously improve our training provision internally and externally in order to further enhance our portfolio of training products in line with customer needs and the wide spectrum of industry sectors they operate in. 

Our Core Courses include fluid transfer, power and control product ranges covering technical features, specification and construction, applications, assembly, inspection, handling and storage. We also offer bespoke courses customised to customer specific requirements. 

Over the last year we have provided training for more than 1500 people over approximately 300 training sessions for customers including CNR, BP, ConocoPhillips, Aker Solutions, Wood Group PSN, Petrofac, Stena Drilling, and Technip.   All of our courses - whether bespoke or core - are based on Hydrasun’s extensive in-house experience, manufacturers’ recommendations, industry standards, guidelines and best practice.
